a. Subscription Plan
The 75 Hard Challenge app offers a yearly subscription for $9.99 ("Subscription"). By subscribing, you gain access to premium features and exclusive content within the App.

b. Billing
The Subscription fee of $9.99 will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. This is a one-time annual payment, and it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

c. Automatic Renewal
Your Subscription will automatically renew each year at the same price of $9.99 unless you cancel it through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. The renewal charge will be billed to your account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

d. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage and cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. After cancellation, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

e. Free Trials and Promotions
The App may offer free trials or promotional pricing. These offers are available only for first-time users unless otherwise stated. If you do not cancel during the trial period, you will be charged the full subscription price of $9.99 at the end of the trial.

f. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under specific circumstances, please contact our support team for assistance.

g. Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new fees upon reasonable notice. Any changes to the pricing will not affect your current subscription but will apply upon renewal or purchase of a new subscription.
